Student registration includes all sessions, includes all workshops, lunches and morning/afternoon tea, one ticket to the Welcome function. It does not include a ticket to the eResearch NZ 2013 dinner, however dinner tickets can bought at $80 per person.
Early bird registration closes at midnight on Friday 31 May 2013 Wednesday, 12 June 2013. Full payment is required by this date to receive the early bird discount. If complete payments have not been received by this time, registration will automatically be bumped up to the standard fees.
Full rate applies from Saturday 1 June 2013 Thursday, 13 June 2013 onwards. Full payment is required 14 days after you receive your invoice or before the event, whichever date is earlier.

Join in the eResearch NZ 2013 opening ceremony celebrations. This will be a chance to catch up with friends and colleagues from around the country and beyond. Enjoy the occasion while meeting other delegates.
Entry to the Welcome Function is included in the full and student registrations. Additional Welcome Function tickets may be purchased at $35 each for friends, family, colleagues.
eResearch NZ 2013 Dinner – Wednesday 3 July 2013

One ticket for the dinner is included in the full registration. Please note, student registration does not include a ticket to the dinner however students may purchase a ticket to attend at $80.00 each. Additional eResearch NZ 2013 dinner tickets are available for purchase at $80.00 each for friends, family or colleagues.
Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Monday 3 June 2013. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
Applying for a visitor visa or permit
If you are travelling internationally, you may need a visa in order to enter New Zealand. If you are travelling via Australia you may also need an Australian visa. For details about transiting through Australia, please check the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship's information.
Please note: A letter of invitation is not required for your visa application and the event does not issue these. We encourage you to print off and use your registration confirmation for this purpose.
